Doom and Gloom?
By George, it's been quiet in the office recently. At this rate it's gonna be a thin old Christmas. Had a call from a former colleague the other day, he was checking our sales were as bad as his. Malhuereusement, they are. On the hunt for methods by which Ol' Cyclo (and indeed the present Mrs. Cyclo) might economise, I have been avoiding the usual round of boutiques and Big Names for Ebay bargains, the local discount clothing store (TK Maxx) and the sage advices of Giuseppe at http://anaffordablewardrobe.blogspot.com/, seem here (during what I'm sure was a moment of weakness) holding what might be an alcoholic beverage...Lately I've been leaning more and more towards an Ivy League look. I suppose that as a long time Ralph Lauren customer I've always been slightly Ivy Leaning but lately I've acelerated the angle. To this end I have taken delivery (from the US of A no less) of a small stockpile of 2" Kilt pins. These make wonderful tie pins and can be used as collar pins too. I must say I was surprised as a Scottish type residing in yer actual Scotland, home of the kilt and also therefore the kiltpin, to have to IMPORT kiltpins from Amereecka but there you go.

That alcoholic beverage was the first moment of weakness in a 10 hour bender (My best friends wedding). Funny how quickly a glass of nice white wine turns into a flask of Canadian Club in the suit jacket pocket.
Sage advice? Wow, thanks.
